rachni fate by age
someone on the me boards is asking an interesting question. shepard finds imprisoned queen insect alien, her people thought extinct. player frees her or kills her (last time her race invaded galaxy, but this was thousand years ago, and cause of war unclear).

on boards, poster is asking whether you killed her or freed her... and how old you are.

i think it's cool to have been part of a game that raises questions like these.

There does seem to be a distinct tendency for older players to free her, at least as self-reported in that thread.

Me, I killed her but good. My Shepard wasn't exactly the trusting type.

Random comment on the thread data - as the thread goes on it seems that fewer and fewer people are reporting they killed her. I'm wondering if there's a bias now because frankly, as someone who killed her even as paragon, I find myself feeling bad since I obviously went against the flow. At that point I become hesitant to post.
